Project Description

A large scale new build of two luxury homes designed by Patrick Micelli. These townhouses took in Bay views whilst enjoying the luxury features of full sized swimming pools, open plan living, double garages and cinema rooms. Being so close to the beach this was an interesting build making sure that all materials were compatible with harsh salts from the bay.
